Description
Manage and drive Global Material Review Board (GMRB) meetings and lead rescreening activities. Collaborate and review Major 8Ds to identify root cause, containment, and validate corrective actions and preventive actions Analyze Data for quality deviation lot disposition Support Customer and Internal Quality Audits Coordinate and participate in External Manufacturing Audits Develop and maintain Supplier Quality system (Manual, supplier qualification process, Supplier quality scorecards, Supplier Quality Notice (SQN process), Shift left quality programs) Understand site(s) performance KPI and coordinate action plan for the HQ business process review and improvement discussions Collaborate with Assembly and Test (AT) operations and engineering groups to review and approve through the Change Management process. Regularly prepare and publish quality metric data. Report weekly and monthly quality metrics Maintain site(s) specific process artifacts if relevant Demonstrate compliance with the relevant HQ process and procedures Be aware of customer requirements as agreed and approved by the process owner and communicated in the BPR Understand process risks and opportunities assessment, and monitor treatments as required Coordinate audit logistics under direction from the SLPO and SLPS Engage closely with quality and reliability teams to ensure outgoing product quality. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Science, or a related field of study. A master's degree is an added advantage. 5+ years' experience in Semiconductor component assembly & Test or Surface-Mount Technology industry as a product engineer or Quality engineer Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and multitask to coordinate multiple issues within a given time frame. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Good presentation and report summarizing skills to deliver key messages efficiently to the audience Proficient in quality processes and procedures, including Control Plan, SPC, FMEA, and 8D methodology. Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of software tools (JMP, Python, SQL) are an advantage.
