This is the team We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical QA Engineer to join our technology team. Your mission will be to ensure that our products work flawlessly, guaranteeing data integrity, security, and a seamless user experience. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating closely with developers and product owners to mitigate risks before each deployment. This is you 3-4 years in QA roles (preferably in banking, fintech, or high-volume e-commerce). Management Tools: Proficiency in Jira and Xray/Zephyr. API Testing: Solid experience testing microservices with Postman or Insomnia. Databases: Intermediate knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, table validation). Automation: intermediate experience with automation frameworks (Java, Python, or JavaScript). Methodologies: Experience working under Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Nice-to-have skills: Ability to think about edge cases and error scenarios that others might overlook. Ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms. Genuine commitment to excellence in the final product. This is your role Planning and Strategy: Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications. Test Execution: Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke tests. Automation: Identify automation opportunities and develop scripts (usually in Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright) to optimize the testing lifecycle. Reporting: Document, track, and report bugs in tools such as Jira, ensuring that the development team has all the information necessary for resolution. Data Validation: Perform database tests to ensure the consistency and accuracy of financial information. Focus on Security: Collaborate in the early detection of logical vulnerabilities in transactional flows.
