THE ROLE

Designing and building the Ceros platform is an ambitious task, and maintaining the highest standards of quality is paramount. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our platform delivers flawless and intuitive user experiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams of Software Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers to create automated and manual testing strategies that align with our development goals and drive the quality of our products to the next level.
This is not just a traditional QA role; you’ll be embedded within the product teams, collaborating on code, participating in design discussions, and helping drive decisions that impact the entire platform. Our engineers embrace a “test early, test often” philosophy, and you’ll lead the charge in promoting this mindset. Your contributions will shape the future of how we build, test, and release features, ensuring reliability, scalability, and speed for both our internal teams and customers.
Our technology stack includes React, NextJS, AWS, and various modern testing frameworks and tools such as Playwright, WebDriver.io, and GitHub Actions. You’ll have the opportunity to refine our test automation frameworks, mentor engineers on best practices, and introduce innovative testing methodologies that push the boundaries of what’s possible in a modern, cloud-based development environment.
