About the Role We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer specialising in Dayforce to join our consulting team, supporting a large enterprise client on a complex payroll transformation program. This role is ideal for a hands-on tester with strong payroll experience, who can work across integrated environments and play a key role in ensuring quality across end-to-end payroll processes. What You’ll Do * Deliver end-to-end testing across Dayforce payroll systems * Execute and support SIT, UAT, PVT, and regression testing cycles * Validate end-to-end payroll lifecycle processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance * Work across complex integrated environments, including upstream and downstream systems * Identify, manage, and drive resolution of defects and issues * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, payroll teams, and technical teams * Support test planning, execution, and reporting across critical project phases What We’re Looking For * Strong hands-on experience with Dayforce * Proven experience in Australian payroll testing * Solid understanding of the end-to-end payroll lifecycle * Experience across SIT, UAT, PVT, and regression testing * Ability to work within complex, integrated enterprise environments * Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills * Experience within Health Insurance or similar regulated environments (highly regarded) Nice To Have * Experience with Preceda * Exposure to Workday integrations with payroll systems Why Join NRI Planit?
