EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s level degree in a relevant discipline
  • 7+ years as a quality, process, manufacturing, or industrial engineer OR 10+ years ETS business experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in quality, process, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
  • Process based trained Lead internal auditor (with certificate evidence preferred)
  • ASQ Certification as CMQ/OE or QE or equivalent relevant certification (with current certificate evidence preferred
Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain a quality management system which functions in a unified manor across the ETS enterprise - both onshore and globally.
  • Ensure compliance with international quality standards and regulations, conducting regular reviews and updates to quality documentation.
  • Plan and execute internal audits, as necessary, to meet the needs of the business.
  • Identify areas for improvement within product development and manufacturing processes across the ETS enterprise using standard Process management tools (e.g., Process Profiles, Process Maps, RACI charts, Lean Six Sigma) and proven problem-solving tools and techniques (e.g., Six Sigma).
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality in collaboration with Business Process Transformation and Strategy initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address root cause and corrective actions of quality incidents. These incidents should be captured using the ETS Enterprise Incident and Problem Management Process.
  • Participate in the resolution of enterprise availability incidents as part of the ITIL, MIM, and Technology and Operations Engagement model - ultimately addressing root cause and corrective actions.
  • Ensure Client concerns and questions are effectively addressed, and that customer input and feedback is highly visible to process and sub-process owners.
  • Gather objective evidence and data to describe the effectiveness of processes and changes to those processes.
  • Provide trending information from data available on a regular interval to indicate areas of risk to the organization at an executive level.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for employees involved in quality processes across the enterprise.
  • Mentor and provide coaching to developing quality engineers.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to address quality and enterprise impacting issues, to include presentations to executive management.
  • Take the initiative to remain current in the field of Quality and ITIL processes and to share new knowledge and approaches with colleagues.
  • Proactively monitor IT infrastructure release schedules and planned changes for risks to enterprise availability.
