Responsibilities:

The (Senior) Quality Software Engineer (f/m/d) will play a critical role in ensuring the high quality and reliability of our software products. This individual will lead the QA process, define and implement testing strategies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.

As a (Senior) Quality Engineer (f/m/d) within the Sustainability Integration Development team you will:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive testing strategies and plans.
  • Define test cases, scenarios, and scripts for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain and enhance existing automated test frameworks and identify opportunities for automation in testing processes and develop new automated tests.
  • Track, manage, and report defects and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
  • Advocate for and contribute to quality improvements throughout the software development lifecycle by establish and track quality metrics to measure product performance and quality.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers
