Your tasks

• Control and support of quality activities for products within manufacturing and adjacent processes (e.g., quality notifications) for all product groups
• Interface function between internal departments (e.g., production, research & development, purchasing) and external partners.
• Support in handling supplier complaints and deviations, including root cause analysis as well as corrective and preventive actions.
• Participation in the continuous improvement of quality processes, standards and documentation
• Participation in, and active support of, internal, supplier and external audits.

Required qualifications and experience

• Studies in engineering, quality management, a technician training or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in an operational quality function, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Initial experience in dealing with supplier quality issues and supplier complaints
• Sound knowledge of common quality methods and tools (e.g., 8D, A3PS, Ishikawa), understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), and interest in audits.
• Experience in evaluating electronic assemblies at the device and circuit board level, as well as in dealing with production problems, is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor when dealing with internal and external contacts.
• Fluent German and English skills (both spoken and written)
• Experience with SAP
