£45,000-£52,000 + Monday to Friday, 40hrs (8:00am-5:00pm) + 10% Performance Bonus + Holiday + Pension (up to 10%) + Sick Pay + Company Benefits

The day to day responsibility for this role will be to manage the Quality department and coordinate with all staff to maintain and improve the quality culture throughout. This role will be a combination of both quality management and technical activities. The successful candidate will lead their own department and be integral to future improvements.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Quality Manager or Technical Manager, with experience in leading both internal and external audits and has a background working in either the Metal/ Medical/ Aerospace or Automotive or similar engineering industries.

The Person:

• Senior Quality Engineer or Lead Quality Engineer or Metallurgist who are looking to progress into leadership encouraged to apply
• Quality engineering background
• Relevant industry knowledge - Aerospace, Automotive, Defence or Metals or Metallurgy similar etc.
• Experience leading both internal and external audits
