Senior Quality Engineer (m/f/d)
**Working hours:** Full-time (36 hours/week)

Your tasks:
- You support the quality management team in fulfilling their professional tasks.
- You coordinate and support the specialist departments in complying with quality standards and work proactively in project teams for the introduction of new products and their ongoing support.
- You are the contact person for our customers regarding all quality-related matters and, if necessary, you also coordinate and process their complaints.
- You monitor production, supplier and field quality as well as their warranty and goodwill handling.
- You review and decide on internal approvals.
- You create FMEAs (together with the FMEA team) and control plans.
- You create qualification reports according to the agreed standard, for applying for series production approval from the customer.
- You create training concepts and conduct internal training sessions.
- You coordinate and support the specialist departments in processing and documenting fault reports.
- You create reports and solution concepts on the current quality situation and inform (internally/externally) about their current status.
- You conduct internal system, process and product audits, including report preparation.
- You plan and coordinate measures for preventive quality assurance and actively contribute to compliance with and improvement of internal quality standards.
- Participation in projects, teams and working groups
Your profile:
- You have a completed degree in electrical engineering or electronics
- You are a quality engineer with many years of professional experience.
- Ideally, you have QM experience in the automotive, avionics, or military sectors.
- You are familiar with the legal principles of product liability and ensuring product safety.
- Ideally, you have some initial leadership experience.
- You are a trained internal auditor.
- You have very good knowledge of the workmanship standards IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-600 (CIS)
- You have very good knowledge of QM methods such as Automotive Core Tools (APQP, MSA, FMEA, SPC, cmk/cpk, 8D methods, PPAP/PPF, control plan)
- We can rely on you and your willingness, as well as on your meticulous work ethic.
- Even under time pressure, you maintain your independent, goal-oriented work style and score points with your strong communication skills and high empathy.
- Communicating in English is no problem for you.
