Job Description
We’re looking for a Quality Engineer who’s ready to raise the bar. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our products meet the highest standards—from customer requirements to industry certifications. You’ll shape processes, solve problems, and help drive continuous improvement across the business.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) required; equivalent combination of education and significant professional experience will be considered
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or related technical roles
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing quality systems that meet industry standards and customer requirements
  • Hands-on experience with root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and failure analysis
  • Experience working directly with suppliers and customers on quality issues, including audits and certification programs
  • Solid understanding of regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, AS9100)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and lead cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities
  • Translate customer and certification requirements into clear, achievable quality standards.
  • Build quality control tools like FMEAs, control plans, and process flow diagrams.
  • Partner with production teams and suppliers to ensure consistent compliance.
  • Define inspection methods and sampling plans to keep products on point.
  • Audit, observe, and fine-tune procedures to keep them sharp and effective.
  • Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective action plans.
  • Support failure analysis and help prevent future issues.
  • Host customer visits and audits—representing quality with confidence.
  • Champion continuous improvement with data-driven solutions.
