ABOUT OUR GROUP:

Seagate is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Quality Engineering Manager to join our Customer Success team within the Systems Business Unit. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of exceptional quality and reliability across our enterprise storage systems, directly influencing customer satisfaction and long-term success.
You will lead a global team of quality engineers focused on post-sales product performance, customer issue resolution, and continuous improvement. This role also includes ownership of key quality governance processes and tools that drive visibility and accountability across the organization.

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field.
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 3 - 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing quality roles, preferably in enterprise systems or storage.
