QUALIFIKATION

• 3 5 years of professional experience in Quality or Test Engineering are expected; an ISTQB certification is considered a strong advantage.
• Experience in agile , team-based environments is required, with the ability to contribute to both team velocity and quality assurance.
• Proficient coding skills in Python are used to develop reliable test automation, define clear acceptance criteria, efficiently identify defects, and create meaningful quality metrics.
• Familiarity with modern test automation frameworks and tools is highly valued as well as experience with Azure DevOps for planning, test management, and CI/CD integration.
• A proven track record in defining test strategies, quality standards, and coordinating testing efforts across teams or releases is considered a strong asset.
• Exposure to AI-related or data-centric testing scenarios is considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and German
