Lead the setup and Quality foundation of a newly established site, ensuring readiness for operations and certifications. Develop and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with FSSC22000, ISO9001, RSPO, and other relevant standards. Secure necessary approvals and certifications by writing and executing robust QMS documentation. Drive site-wide Quality strategy and objectives, aligned with global and regional goals to meet business and customer expectations. Oversee internal non-conformances and customer complaints, ensuring effective resolution and communication. YOU BRING Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline (e.g., chemistry, biochemistry, food science), or equivalent proven experience. Over 10 years of experience in a quality role, including team management in either food or chemical industries are must criteria. Demonstrated experience in setting up and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS). Strong knowledge of QMS standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, RSPO, and Organic certifications. Proficient in digital tools including Microsoft Office Suite, LIMS, SAP, etc. Solid technical expertise in chemical procedures, physical measurements, and analytical techniques such as GC, GC-MS, HPLC, and other standard tests. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various stakeholders. Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to make autonomous decisions in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken)
