SENIOR QUALITY MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager to join our team at our Pittston, PA location. This role reports directly to the General Manager and offers the unique opportunity to work within a global organization while being part of a close-knit, collaborative team environment. This position is ideal for a quality professional who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution, enjoys customer-facing responsibilities, and is passionate about driving excellence across all quality systems.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Master’s degree preferred in Food Process Engineering, Microbiology, or related field; Bachelor’s degree required
• 8-10 years of experience in Food Safety, Quality Systems, or Regulatory Compliance in food, packaging, or related industries
• Proven track record leading complex FDA, SQF, ISO, and GFSI audits

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Experience in laboratory strategy and internal audit program design
• Proficiency in MS Office, LIMS, and Quality data analysis tools
• Strong understanding of incident management at corporate level
