Job Description Would you be a driving force in ensuring that quality is at the heart of future production solutions within LEGO Engineering & Technology? Core Responsibilities Within Product & Technology Development processes, you will: Work closely with R&D responsible for packing equipment (platforms) on the development, automation, and digitalisation of packing lines for our newly built sites Define and drive project streams to ensure relevant Quality Assurance (QA) activities in close collaboration with project leads in Engineering and Quality teams Translate ideas and concept requirements into clearly defined targets Develop and implement the quality strategy for verification and validation Proactively identify and assess issues, opportunities, and risks from a Quality perspective Identify and mitigate risks and critical project matters related to quality and technical feasibility Build QA capabilities and foster collaboration across Engineering and Quality teams This is a Senior Manager Specialist level of a position, being individual contributor This position is located in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role. Play your part in our team succeeding As Quality in Development Senior Manager you play an enabling role in launching feasible, lovable and viable products driven by collaboration and a data driven approach. You are safeguarding and assuring quality in the LEGO Group product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle. Furthermore, you are developing, adapting and implementing systems and procedures within Quality in Development and its main Product & Technology Development partners. Do you have what it takes? Proven experience in manufacturing or engineering quality, with strong understanding of project development in complex environments. Experience with automation and/ or digital projects is a plus Hands-on expertise in quality methodologies and tools (APQP, DFSS, DFX, QFD, FMEA, SPC), applied to drive improvements and informed decision-making Confidence in working within global setups, collaborating across cultures, time zones, and mentalities Structured and systematic approach, combined with strong analytical skills and enjoyment of tackling complex challenges Motivational and engaging leadership style, able to inspire and align multi-functional teams Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills, connecting technical specialists and business leaders and translating complexity into actionable, quality-focused insights Passion for quality management and continuous improvement, aligning with LEGO Group's culture of curiosity, collaboration, and focus Fluent proficiency in English, Czech is an advantage Willingness to travel (4-6 weeks per year in total) What would be an advantage: Six Sigma Black Belt Proficient in IT tools, including Microsoft Office 365, Minitab, SAP Teamcenter, and Big Data solutions Experience from collaboration with external development partners and suppliers #LI-HS2 #LI-Hybrid Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities
