You see the big picture, you’ve always worked on a grand scale, and now you’re ready to re-focus on grand impact.     You’ll have the opportunity to use your expertise in communication, problem-solving, empathy and conflict resolution to help thousands of people every day.      In this role, you'll: •    Support and enhance quality management systems for restricted access vehicle operations, ensuring compliance with legislative and policy requirements   •    Monitor performance, lead and support internal audits, quality reviews, and compliance checks to ensure business processes align with defined standards and regulatory obligations   •    Partner with internal stakeholders to manage quality issues, conduct incident and non-conformance investigations, and implement corrective actions where necessary   •    Identify opportunities to improve the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of heavy vehicle access services, including the Restricted Vehicle Access Interface     For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack     About you Strong communication and stakeholder engagement experience, able to translate complex technical issues for technical and non-technical stakeholders   Significant experience in quality assurance or compliance, ideally within transport, infrastructure, regulatory, or public sector settings   Sound knowledge of quality management systems, continuous improvement, and compliance frameworks in operational service delivery contexts   Demonstrated ability to analyse performance data, develop reporting tools, and support strategic improvement initiatives to improve compliance and efficiency   Appropriate tertiary in a related discipline, or demonstrated relevant, equivalent professional experience     Who we are Transport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
