(Saudi National Only) Grade: 5 Location: Taif Advert closing: 19/10/2025 Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Quality and governance through the implementation of policies and procedures in accordance with extant mandates and the logistics environment. • Ensure that governance documentation is current and meets all external (BSI) and internal (BAESAI) & (BAES SA) assessment criteria. • Develop and maintain a Quality Policy and ensure that it meets all mandated Quality requirements. • Conduct an internal Audit Programme to ensure adherence to both internal (BAESAI) & (BAES SA) and external (BSI) requirements. • Provide support to teams during both internal(BAESAI) & (BAES SA) and external (BSI) audits. • Manage to resolution any Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs) raised during both internal (BAESAI) & (BAES SA) and external (BSI) audits. • Investigate and implement where appropriate observations made during internal (BAES SA) audits. • Provide support to any safety or quality investigations as required. • Actively identify and promote Program continuous improvement initiatives ensuring implementation is captured within the relevant processes and procedures. • Provide regular progress reports to both Project management and Quality teams on compliance to governance, quality requirements. • Where required provide support to governance, quality meetings (i.e. Safety Compliance and Assurance Review (SCAR), Safety Action Group (SAG), audit open / closure meetings). • Deputise for other personnel as agreed by Quality Management or other personnel as required. Job Requirements: • Minimum of 7 years, Quality experience in a Military environment (Essential). • Understanding of RSAF/Military/BAESSA /BAESAI Supply Chain procedures and Governance, Quality Process . (Essential). • Awareness of Project Management principles and techniques (Desirable). • Hold a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Assessor qualification (or similar) or otherwise be working towards said qualification. (Desirable). • The candidate must have Quality Assurance and Control experience in a customer-facing environment. • The candidate must have worked with Saudi Nationals and be aware of cultural norms and sensitivities. • The candidate must have worked with Saudi National RSAF or civilan personnel and be able to communicate effectively. • The candidate must be able to live and work within KSA. • The Candidate must be immediately available to commence duties in KSA.
