(Senior) Quality Specialist FG (f/d/m)

full -time and permanent position for our plant in Seesen/Münchehof .

Your tasks

• Quality with impact: You ensure consistent quality control and assurance at the sites, continuously update production standards and play an important role in central quality audits.
• KPIs & root cause analysis at the highest level: You create, adapt, monitor, analyze and report quality indicators and reports, conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and perform quality tests as needed.
• Continuous improvement: You drive quality improvements and problem-solving processes, develop SOPs and implement corrective actions together with central functions and production partners.
• Structured quality systems: You manage test and measurement plans, maintain the quality management system, and ensure a clear, reliable structure of quality data and information systems.
• Clear and appreciative communication: You work efficiently with different teams, keep your manager informed at all times, and communicate openly, respectfully, and across functions.
• Focus on occupational safety: You always work in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, use protective equipment responsibly and make an active contribution to a safe and inclusive working environment.
• Strong teamwork: You work closely with the areas of research & development, process engineering, site management, product management and HMOS, contributing your expertise confidently and empathetically.
• Professional development & personal responsibility: You continuously develop your expertise, complete tasks reliably, optimize workflows and handle resources and equipment responsibly.
