Description

Responsibilities include maintenance of business and information systems and identifying, researching, and implementing opportunities for process improvement that are supportive of department and corporate vision/objectives. Your responsibilities will include: Provides direction, coaching, and mentoring to team personnel in the achievement of organizational goals Develops direct reports by securing appropriate training, assigning progressively challenging tasks, applying progressive disciplinary action as appropriate and conducting formal written and verbal performance reviews Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports compliance to the Quality Policy and documented quality processes and procedures Assists direct reports and internal customers in interpreting Quality System and product information control procedures Bachelor's degree Minimum of 4 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience Minimum of 1 year of direct or indirect supervisory experience Understanding and working knowledge of Medical Device Quality Systems and Regulatory Requirements Medical Device industry experience Demonstrated effective change leadership Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and results orientation Strong communication and business acumen skills Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally
