REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying (Master’s in Contracts/Procurement is an advantage)
• 4–6 years of UAE experience (consultancy or main contracting background preferred)
• Strong understanding of FIDIC, BOQs, cost analysis, and tendering procedures
• Proficiency in software such as CostX, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and AutoCAD
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with 8–12 years of expertise, including 4–6 years in the UAE with a consultancy or main contractor. The role focuses on cost planning, procurement, and contract management, particularly for FIDIC-based projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare BOQs, take-offs, and tender documents
• Manage tender processes and oversee contract finalization
• Review and certify payment applications, claims, and variations
• Coordinate procurement activities with suppliers and subcontractors
• Conduct commercial audits and recommend process improvements
