Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 8–12 years of experience, including at least 4–6 years in the UAE, to join our projects team. The role focuses on cost planning, procurement, and contract management for FIDIC-based projects within consultancy or main contracting environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying (Master’s in Contracts/Procurement preferred)
  • 4–6 years of proven UAE experience in consultancy or main contracting
  • In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts, BOQs, cost analysis, and tendering
  • Skilled in CostX, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, AutoCAD
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, take-offs, and tender documentation
  • Lead tendering processes, evaluations, and contract finalizations
  • Review and certify variations, claims, and payment applications
  • Manage procurement and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Conduct commercial reviews and recommend cost optimization strategies
