Description
1. Maintaining logs for variations, Instructions, RFI’s, PA, PC, etc. 2. Take off quantities and preparation of scope wise packages 3. Preparation of Variation costing and claims 4. Review and comment the draft contracts received from clients 5. Sub contractor’s agreement to be reviewed and modified as per the scope and in conjunction to our main contract  6. Sub con billing: Cross checking at site, evaluation, certification 7. Preparation of interim payment applications 8. Attending meetings with main contractor, client, etc. 9. Comparison of IFT & IFC drawings, report and raise variation claim for the changes if any.  10. Preparation of EOT claims 11. Preparation of CTC and statement of final account 12. Responsibilities
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for maintaining critical logs for variations and instructions, preparing scope-wise packages through quantity take-offs, and managing variation costing and claims preparation. Key duties also include reviewing draft contracts, managing subcontractor agreements and billing, preparing payment applications, and handling Extension of Time (EOT) and final account claims.
