Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor – Aluminum & Façade

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) with specialized expertise in aluminum and façade works. The ideal candidate will manage all cost and contract-related aspects of façade projects, from tendering and estimation to execution and final account settlement. This role requires strong commercial acumen, technical knowledge of façade systems, and proven experience in handling large-scale projects within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents specific to aluminum and façade works.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate terms, and issue work orders.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to ensure project profitability and efficiency.
• Administer and manage contracts, including variations, claims, and interim valuations.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to control project costs.
• Monitor and track project budgets, progress payments, and cash flows.
• Provide accurate and timely cost reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Support dispute resolution, arbitration, and final account negotiations when required.
• Ensure compliance with UAE contract law, company policies, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of QS experience, with at least 5 years in aluminum and façade projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, fabrication processes, and installation methods.
• Solid understanding of contract management, FIDIC, and cost control principles.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per mont
