Job Description What You'll Do Commercial Management Lead the commercial administration of major trade packages throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare, review, and negotiate interim valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts. Manage subcontractor accounts, payment certifications, and back-charge recovery. Monitor package performance against budget and identify commercial risks and opportunities. Support cost forecasting, budgeting, and monthly commercial reporting. Contract Administration Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and commercial procedures. Evaluate contractual changes and assess their commercial impact. Support dispute avoidance and resolution through accurate commercial records and documentation. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary commercial interface with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders for assigned packages. Represent the company during valuation meetings and commercial negotiations. Leadership & Mentoring Provide guidance and supervision to Quantity Surveyors and Junior Quantity Surveyors. Review commercial outputs and ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables. Promote commercial best practices across project teams. Qualifications What We Need From You Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. MRICS (or equivalent professional accreditation) is strongly preferred. Master's Degree is advantageous. Experience Minimum 10 years of Quantity Surveying experience within large-scale building, civil, or infrastructure projects. Proven experience managing major trade packages independently. Strong background in variations, claims, final accounts, subcontract management, and cost control. Experience managing large steel, façade, and complex construction packages is highly preferred. GCC experience is advantageous. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract and commercial practices. Advanced cost management and forecasting capabilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and commercial management systems. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
