• Minimum 5 years of Experience in the relevant Area.
• Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Evaluate and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Handle contract administration, including variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Prepare monthly cost/value reconciliation reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors and project teams.
