We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in the Midlands to work on a variety of Industrial, Logistics, Commercial and Residential projects. Our Midlands team have several upcoming projects south of Birmingham so candidates with good access to the M5 will be ideal, or those happy to commute to areas such as Quinton or Worcester.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Working on a variety of projects in the Midlands Region reporting directly to the Regional Commercial Manager.
• The role will be a mix of office and site based work and will provide commercial support to the project teams on all projects for which they are responsible.
• Ensure that projects are administered effectively and that the business objectives in terms of appropriate commercial targets and customer focus are achieved.
