West Singapore | Main Contractor | Roadworks & Infrastructure
We are hiring on behalf of a leading A1 main contractor specializing in roadworks and large-scale civil infrastructure projects across Singapore. As part of their expansion plans, they are looking for an experienced and meticulous Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer to join their team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Spearhead tender costing, budgeting, and preparation of bid submissions.
• Review drawings and contract documents to formulate accurate cost estimates.
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive quotations.
• Manage project budgets, forecast cash flow, and monitor cost variations.
• Coordinate with site and project teams to compile progress claims and variation orders.
• Handle contractual documents, subcontractor payments, and maintain proper records.
