JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for our interior design and build projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the interior design and build industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• Team player with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels

• Attend site surveys and tender briefings prior to project tendering
• Perform quantity take-offs, call for quotations, and prepare cost estimates
• Source and negotiate quotations with suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare cost analysis and contractor quotations for various trades
• Compile tender submissions, including Bills of Quantities (BQ)
• Handle final tender submissions and follow up on questionnaires or interviews
• Monitor cost budgets and ensure cost control aligns with project goals
• Collaborate closely with project teams to deliver on client requirements
