Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team for a prestigious port project in Kuwait. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quantity surveying, cost control, and contract administration for this large-scale infrastructure development. Lead the quantity surveying function for the port project, ensuring accurate measurement and valuation of works Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met Supervise and mentor junior quantity surveyors and team members Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum 15 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or port projects Proficiency in quantity surveying software Knowledge of marine and port construction techniques Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Willingness to work in Kuwait for the duration of the project Business Line: Transportation Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Structures Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Site Supervision Profession: Construction Supervision and Surveying
