QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant degree.
• About 10 years of relevant working experience in project costing, Procurement strategies and scheduling for large used water/water projects or infrastructure projects.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Able to meet tight deadlines.

Post contract administration including the following: -

• Check progress claims and invoices and certifying work done by Contractors.
• Review and evaluate extra payment and/or extension of time claims by the Contractors and make recommendations to the Board.
• Assist Contracts Manager, Project Manager in Contract management and cost monitoring, management of interim/progress payment, including variation assessment and finalisation of account.
• Relevant duties as and when assigned by reporting manager.
