1. Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
2. Prepare and monitor budget and keep track of projects.
3. Expenditures e.g. budget and cost control.
4. Contract payment and settlement of final accounts as well as maintaining proper documentation.
5. Preparation of monthly progress claim.
6. Preparation of project cash flow forecast.
7. Prepare interim valuation and certificate of sub-contractors claims according to work completed and evaluate variation claims.
8. Preparation and submission of Variation Orders.
9. Discussion with consultants on Variation Orders.
10. Attendance of site/technical meetings.
11. Evaluation of price comparison summary.
12. Quantity take off, cost estimation, preparation of tender submission with specific deadline.
13. Lead and train Junior QS.
14. Strong planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines
