SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Location: Solent

IN A NUTSHELL

We are a mechanical and electrical services contractor and are actively seeking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Lead. We are ideally looking for a suitable candidate that specialises and comes from a Contracting background and is used to commercially leading the delivery of a fast track multi-million pound project.
The ideal candidate would be able to support in providing full commercial awareness and to ensure the project management and operational delivery team are fully aware of all commercial and contractual matters involved on the project, whilst also providing support to the Commercial Manager / Commercial Director as appropriate and as required.
The role will be office based between our head office, and a site-based role in Hampshire
