As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our dynamic team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in construction or pool/fountain projects.
  • Strong proficiency in cost analysis, contract negotiation, and project financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cost-control strategies effective

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, contract administration, and financial control related to our projects. With a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills, the Senior QS will play a pivotal role in ensuring cost efficiency, budget adherence, and value optimization across our operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for projects.
  • Oversee contract administration, procurement, and tendering processes.
  • Conduct site inspections and assess work progress to align with projected costs.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks while optimizing value for the company.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
