SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Location: Across East Midlands. Multiple sites from North London through, Luton, Peterborough and up to York

• Managing all aspects of multiple contracts across their full lifecycle, from pre-construction through delivery.
• Acting as the primary commercial liaison with the client and key stakeholders.
• Contributing to the development and standardisation of reporting tools to support overarching framework management.
• Setting up and managing schemes under NEC contract conditions, ensuring compliance and effective commercial control.
• Delivering detailed cost and value management against work breakdown structures (WBS) and cost heads.
• Supporting risk and opportunity management and driving efficiencies across projects.
• Providing accurate, timely commercial reporting and advice to the management team.
