· Current or recent experience in residential property development.
· Current and relevant knowledge of building processes and applicable statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

· Assisting in feasibility studies and compiling budgets.
· Preparing tender and sub-contract documents, including individual trade specifications.
· Preparing and analysing costings for tenders.
· Advising on procurement strategy and sub-contractor selection.
· Performing risk and value management and cost control.
· Valuing completed work and arranging payments.
· Producing construction cost reconciliation reports.
· Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations, implementing associated processes.
· Maintain effective communication with company management, QS, sub-contractors, client, and supply chain.
