REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience (Senior role requires more years).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and cost management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and contract administration software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, and bills of quantities for projects.
• Source quotations, negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors, and manage procurement activities.
• Monitor project costs, conduct variation assessments, and prepare progress claims and final accounts.
• Liaise with project teams and clients to ensure contractual and financial compliance.
• Provide cost control support throughout the project lifecycle.
