• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of QS experience in UAE
• Familiar with FIDIC, CESMM, NRM standards
• Proficient in CostX, AutoCAD, Power BI, and Revit MRICS (or APC Candidate) preferred Strong negotiation and stakeholder coordination skills

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and commercial management of high-end residential and mixed-use projects in Dubai.
The ideal candidate brings solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts, UAE market rates, and end-to-end quantity surveying for both pre- and post-contract stages

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and manage project budgets and BOQs
• Pre & Post Contract activities
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering
• Review tenders and negotiate with contractors/subcontractors
• Track project cost-to-complete and cash flows
• Ensure contract compliance and manage variations/claims
