QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineer with 5+ Years of experience mainly in civil works or Diploma in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying with 7+ Years of experience. ( Dubai experience)Knowledge of Microsoft ( Word , Excel ) , AutoCAD. Plan swift /CAD Measure /Dimension/Cost

SKILLS :

Good analytical skills & proficient in construction estimation . Knowledge of International Construction Practices including forms of Contracts, surveying methodologies , claim process and documentation . A multitasker who can handle more than one project simultaneously .

Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity take off’s using Plan swift / AutoCAD Build rate analysis and employ parametric estimates to support bidding. Play an active role in bid management by leading. Scrutinizing the contracts and actively participate in preparing claims in coordination with the CM. Assist the project teams in variations to the contracts .Liaising with site managers , procurement managers ,sub- contractors .Involve in post contract works (project invoicing)
