Description
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Biomedical, or Electrical Engineering. Required minimum years of work experience (primarily in medical device or related field): 5+ Years with BS, 3+ Years with MS Strong engineering fundamentals and sound technical judgment. Self-driven, with a creative approach to solving complex engineering problems. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables effectively. Demonstrated ability to execute and follow through on project responsibilities. Team-oriented mindset that thrives in a collaborative environment. Good organizational, communication and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to understand clinical application and translate to design features and requirements. Experience designing, prototyping, and implementing innovative solutions for medical applications. Experience designing catheter based medical devices that involve RF or Ultrasound energy delivery, or electronic based diagnostics. Familiarity with DFM principles, design controls, quality systems, and the product development lifecycle (PLCP). Background in experimental design, data analysis, and communicating technical findings. Proficiency using SolidWorks. Willingness to travel in support of project activities.
