WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably within high-tech or research-driven industries.
Proven record of managing large-scale R&D projects successfully.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making excellence.
