Job Description Your contribution to something big: As a Radar Signal Processing Engineer, you will take ownership of complex challenges in automotive radar systems after Start of Production (SOP). You will ensure stable system performance, support customer-specific variants, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our radar signal processing solutions. Your responsibilities include: Analyzing and resolving complex Radar Signal Processing (RSP) issues in series production to ensure optimal system performance and customer compliance Leading root cause analyses and defining robust technical solutions to improve reliability and quality Evaluating and implementing customer-specific RSP variants in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Assessing and managing the impact of engineering change requests on radar signal processing functionality Creating, maintaining, and reviewing technical documentation in accordance with internal and industry standards Acting as a technical interface between development, manufacturing, and quality teams Mentoring colleagues and sharing expertise in advanced radar signal processing topics Monitoring technology trends and customer feedback to support future product and feature development Driving process improvements to increase efficiency and quality in RSP engineering workflows Qualifications What distinguishes you?
