Responsibilities

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about Rail. We also value :

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years post graduate experience, preferably in an operational environment.
  • Chartered or working towards chartered professional status.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, but also self-reliant and ability to work independently as required
  • Electrical railway systems design and operating principles with exposure to other systems disciplines in a railway engineering environment
  • Installation and maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting, fault finding or related practical experience.
  • Document control.
  • Technical Documentation Preparation.
  • Drafting of standards.
  • Rail systems design and contract management.
  • Testing and Commissioning experience.
  • Supplier management/supervision.
