JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior React Native Developer to lead the development and optimization of cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of mobile development experience , with strong expertise in React Native , JavaScript/TypeScript , and native app integration . You will be responsible for designing scalable mobile architectures, leading development teams, and collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

8+ years of overall experience in mobile app development
4+ years of hands-on experience in React Native
Strong command of JavaScript , TypeScript , and modern ES6+ syntax
Deep understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns
Experience with native iOS/Android development (Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin) is a plus
Proficient in using tools like Redux, React Navigation, Axios, Firebase , etc.
Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines , Crashlytics , AppCenter , and TestFlight
Solid knowledge of Git , JIRA , Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with Push Notifications , Offline Storage , App Store/Play Store deployment
Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and mobile analytics (e.g., Sentry, Amplitude)

Lead the end-to-end development of cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, high-performance interfaces
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services with mobile applications
Optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency
Implement native modules and bridging code when necessary for iOS/Android
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
Participate in Agile ceremonies and work closely with cross-functional teams (Backend, DevOps, QA)
Ensure app security, compliance, and adherence to App Store and Google Play guidelines
Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends, libraries, and tools
