Proven track record building React component libraries (design-system mindset, reusable components). Familiarity with Git and standard dev workflows (PRs, reviews, CI/CD). Very good technical and conversational English skills (client-facing collaboration and documentation). Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Next.js (SSR/SSG, routing, data fetching). (Highly desirable.) Experience implementing design systems in code (e.g., Tailwind, styled-components, CSS Modules). AI tooling proficiency: leverage AI to speed up drafting, analysis, research, or automation; suggest effective uses and workflow improvements. Exposure to headless CMS / static site generators (e.g., Next.js, Astro, Sanity). Familiarity with web analytics (GA, Search Console) and content structure.
