REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate
• Proven track record in sales and deal closures
• Negotiation, Client servicing, Lead conversion
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
• Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)

• Manage high-value property transactions from lead to close
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors
• Conduct property viewings and provide strategic investment advice
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
• Keep accurate records of leads, deals, and performance metrics
