Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Real Estate Agent to lead client engagements, drive high-value transactions, and mentor junior agents. This role demands deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close deals across various property segments. You will be instrumental in shaping client relationships and contributing to the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex property transactions including sales, leasing, and investment advisory
  • Represent premium listings and off-plan developments to high-net-worth clients
  • Provide strategic market insights and investment guidance
  • Negotiate offers and finalize deals with professionalism and accuracy
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors
  • Mentor and support junior agents, sharing best practices and sales strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize property exposure
  • Stay updated on legal procedures, pricing trends, and regulatory changes

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in UAE real estate, preferably in Abu Dhabi
  • Strong track record of closing high-value property deals
  • Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and developer landscape
  • UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing platforms
