JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Dubai real estate market, with a strong track record of successful sales, client management, and market knowledge.
As a Senior Agent, you will be responsible for managing property transactions from start to finish, working with clients to buy, sell, or rent properties, and contributing to the team’s overall success through your market expertise and client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of real estate experience in Dubai is a must.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
  • RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s property market and key communities.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, etc.) are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties in key areas of Dubai.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties.
  • Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, area developments, and real estate laws in Dubai.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing, and property portals.
  • Prepare and submit offers, contracts, and related documentation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional after-sales service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and increase visibility.
  • Mentor or guide junior agents when needed.
