SENIOR REAL ESTATE AGENT – OFF-PLAN SPECIALIST (DUBAI)

Valor Real Estate is expanding, and we are looking for a Senior Real Estate Agent with strong off-plan sales experience to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have a proven track record in selling Dubai’s off-plan properties, excellent client networking skills, and a passion for real estate, this opportunity is for you.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate sales experience (off-plan sales required)
• Strong knowledge of leading developers
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven

• Build a strong client database for off-plan projects
• Advise clients on property investments, payment plans, and ROI in Dubai real estate
• Conduct presentations and property tours for off-plan developments
• Build and maintain relationships with top developers in Dubai
• Negotiate and close sales to achieve company targets
• Stay updated on Dubai’s property market trends, new launches, and RERA regulations
