JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a key contributor to the firm’s investment, asset management, property management, and portfolio management functions. This position is responsible for delivering insightful, data-driven analysis that supports strategic decision-making across the real estate lifecycle. This role is essential in providing insights that drive investment decisions and enhance our portfolio’s performance.
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree or an industry-recognized designation is a plus.
- 3-5 years of relevant commercial real estate industry experience, preferably within the areas of asset management, acquisitions, appraisal, development, or leasing.
- Strong analytical/quantitative skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of, and experience with, financial modeling and analysis tools including Argus Enterprise and Microsoft Excel. Experience with CoStar or Yardi is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial concepts (IRRs, NPVs, NERs).
- Team player with strong time management, critical thinking, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter attitude matched with the ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize to meet critical deadlines and work in an agile, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and develop as a real estate professional.
- A well-rounded and diverse understanding of the Canadian real estate market, with experience in a wide variety of asset classes and geographic sub-markets.

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
