This includes the preparation of technical & economic feasibility studies (greenfield/brownfield), leading land purchases or lease negotiations, the development and definition of a project scope, as well as the preparation of board submissions in cooperation with internal and external project partners. Independent leadership of national & international construction projects across all project phases, using appropriate project management methods acting as the responsible project manager and owner's representative. Control, continuously optimize and ensure project objectives (budget, timelines, qualities) while ensuring the implementation of user requirements. Support of the introduction of digital innovations in real estate project management Performing technical due diligence as part of real estate transactions Sharing responsibility for technical, economic and organizational construction consulting Support in the development of strategies & guidelines within the scope of the function Qualifications Master’s degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project/Construction Management or related field Additional certifications in real estate economics, project management (e.g., PMP), or sustainability are a plus 10–15 years of progressive experience in real estate development across the project life cycle, including concept design, feasibility analysis, financial modeling, and project execution/ project management Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives Expertise in site appraisal, selection and acquisition, , permitting, and regulatory compliance Familiarity with sustainability standards (e.g., LEED, BREEAM) and green building practices Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written, C1 level) Additional Information People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
